Shipping Information
Q: How much is freight?
A: To simplify orders, SoCal Reps will pay for freight on all orders.
Q: How do you ship items?
A: All items in stock are shipped UPS Ground. For parts ordered from NORTEC factory, we ship 2nd Day Air.
Q: What is the average lead time before my order is received?
A: The freight time is dependent upon product availability, whether the item is in stock or sent directly from NORTEC factory. Average lead time is 2 days for items in stock items which includes the order process (orders are usually placed within 24 hours). All non-stock items are shipped 2nd day air directly from NORTEC. All days given are business days and do not account for UPS holliday schedule.
Return Information
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days from order date. All items must be in their original packaging and have not been installed. Please email products@so-calreps.com for an RMA request form. Once the form is completed and e-mailed back, an RMA number will be issued. This RMA number should be marked on the outside of the package for reference. There is no restocking fee for returned item(s); however refunds are contingent on the fact that all items are uninstalled and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to SoCal Reps.
Q: How do I return a damaged item?
A: Contact products@SoCalrRps.com to inform of a damaged part. Please email products@SoCalReps.com for condition report form. Send the damaged item with the condition report back to SoCal Reps. Damaged or malfunctioning parts will be exchanged for the same item as soon as the defective merchandise is received by SoCal Reps. Damaged returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to SoCal Reps.
